What’s included in the weekly price?
Rego, service and comprehensive insurance. Also, cars are serviced every 5,000 km.
Is insurance included?
Yes. All rentals include full comprehensive insurance. An excess apply only in case of an accident.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. What you see is what you pay. No hidden fees.
How do payments work? Weekly or upfront?
Payments are weekly. Long-term rentals are charged week by week.
How does long-term pricing work?
Long-term pricing applies when you rent 5 weeks or over. Short-term pricing is from 1 to 4 weeks.
What is the mileage limit?
No mileage limit. Drive as much as you need
What is the bond and when do I get it back?
Bond is $500. It is refundable up to 1 week after the car is returned and checked, as long as there’s no breach of contract.
Do I need an Australian driver's license?
You can rent with a valid overseas licence. An international licence or an official English translation may be required.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. Delivery is available. Message us and we’ll organise a time and location. A small fee may apply
What happens if I want to keep the car longer?
Just let us know. Long-term rentals are flexible and easy to extend.
